How is market value defined?

What are standard turnaround times for valuation and determination reports?

The length of time it takes for you to receive the report is affected by a number of different factors. These include the property class, purpose of valuation, the estimated market value and the circumstances of each individual client. Residential valuations within Sydney and Melbourne will typically take between 2-5 business days to complete, whereas commercial reports and rental determinations are usually finalised 10-15 days from instruction.

What do we need to get started?

To begin the property valuation process we require instructions submitted in writing. This can be sent as a letter, an email or a fax and should include the address, your contact details, purpose of the valuation, an agreement to the pre-negotiated fee and any other details necessary for access. Once received, one of our property valuers will be booked in for an inspection when convenient and complete the report.
