Bertacco Property Valuations are able to provide ‘market update’ assessments in the two years between formal valuations at a discounted cost. The market updates are a desktop assessment subject to the property being in a similar condition to that when it was inspected. During a market update we analyse the existing lease and adjust for potential rental increases or market reviews, analyse comparable rents and sales evidence, and ultimately able to produce a valuation certificate conditioned accordingly.
