Bertacco Ferrier was established to provide service to the Finance Industry, Investors, Solicitors, Accountants, Developers and Industrialists.
Our company boasts the expertise of two former companies, MGV Property Consultants and Bertacco Valuations, who merged in 1999.
The two directors; Alan Bertacco and Mark Ferrier collectively hold over 75 years experience in the property industry and are supported by six qualified Valuers, an administration manager and four office support staff.
In an environment where there is reliance on originators, brokers and technology, it is essential to be selective in engaging a valuation practice, as the Valuer is often the only physical interface between the applicant and financier.
