We provide property valuation services across all property classes including commercial, retail, industrial and residential through Sydney and Melbourne. Valuations are completed for all purposes with our firm preparing expert reports for reliance by the Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and Federal Circuit Court. Mortgage valuations are also completed for reliance by banks and private Lenders including development feasibility for construction finance.
